UNSTRAP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
(Please note: Purchases on items marked as FINAL SALE or in our Last Chance collection are final - no returns or exchanges will be accepted.)
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch device

Out of the box, this case looks amazing! Very stylish without trying to look like it’s imitating an established luxury brand watch. It does take some time to get used to wearing this, as at first it can be uncomfortable, but I think my wrist got used to it and now it’s fine. It also comes with tools to resize the strap to your liking. Got some compliments already wearing this!

This is such a beautiful Apple Watch strap. I have Apple Watch Series 7 and I thought you had to use a tool to adjust the band (like some others), but it’s super easy! Just snap off the links that you don’t need and save them just in case:) fits me perfectly now but always nice to be able to snap on fresh new links if you need them.
