UNSTRAP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
Taxes, duties or any additional fees in your shipping destination are also not inclusive in your shipping, regardless if you paid for standard or express shipping.
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch or iPhone device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones
