Warranty & Returns
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones

It does take some time to break in the leather but it's super comfy and nice looking. Might get in another color!
Nice leather and quality. After wearing this a bit more, the only thing to keep in mind is that it will take a few wears for the leather to be less stiff
Leather was a bit hard at first, but it loosened up more after few wears. Nice simple strap and easy to resize.
simple style, a worthy addition to your apple watch
Seems leather is of decent quality, but it is a bit too hard, stiff. Would have been nice if was softer. The clasp is not the most secure, it tends to open up from time to time. But I suspect the reason is that the strap could have been a little longer: I don't have the biggest wrist, but I need to position the clasp two holes from the edge to be able to slip it in, and I suspect this affects the opening of the clasp.
