Warranty & Returns
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones

- Items marked "Final Sale" or from our Last Chance collection
- Discounted 30% or more
- Any customization such as engraving or additional holes added to straps
