Warranty & Returns
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones

Beautiful leather, perfect color and pattern, exactly what I wanted. The butterfly clip however is bulky esp for my 14cm wrist. Still a bit loose when adjusted to the tightest hole and the belt couldnt form a natural round shape bcz of the bulky clip. Wish it’s available with a normal pin clip and more choice on length for diff sizes of wrist.
It's a nice simple everyday strap, but I found the leather to be a tougher than expected, and took some breaking in. Clasp can be improved a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary.
