Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping worldwide!

Delivery times will depend on where you are located, our shipping partners, and the service of your choice.

Please note delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

Please note: If you have ordered an item on pre-order, it will not be shipped out until the mentioned date, depending on the item you have ordered.


We would like to give a gentle reminder that you are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. UNSTRAP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

Taxes, duties or any additional fees in your shipping destination are also not inclusive in your shipping, regardless if you paid for standard or express shipping.


We consider orders to be lost or stolen if your order has not been received in 45 days since placing your order. In cases like this, please contact us at as soon as possible for further assistance.


Our free standard shipping is via local post. If you have chosen this shipping method, please note that we are not liable for missing packages that are marked as delivered. If you believe it was mis-delivered, we strongly recommend contacting your local post office directly, or with the carrier if you have chosen express shipping via Aramex or FedEx.


If there has been no further update or movement for your package for more than 7 business days, you may reach out to us at so we can help you investigate.


We are also not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that is provided by the customer in their order. We are also not responsible for any orders or packages sent by us that are unclaimed or refused, whatever the reason may be. In cases where packages are sent back to us due to any of these stated reasons, we will not issue a refund.


For any case a shipment is returned the customer would like to attempt another delivery, the customer is responsible for providing a new, complete address and re-shipping fee.
