Return & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! You’re welcome to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.

If you find any defects with your product, this must be reported within 3 days after receiving and returned with 30 days for an exchange.

Please note our default refund method is store credit, which you may apply towards any future purchases at and will be granted within 7 working days of return processing after returns are inspected and approved.

Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted. 

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returns made without a receipt, or items returned with scratches or other damages may be refused. UNSTRAP reserves the right to deny any returns.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to return and replace the product.

To start the return/exchange process, please contact our Customer Support team at and include the following information:

  • Email Subject: Return/Exchange Request (Order # here)
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee and we recommend including tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.

We only cover return shipping fees if you received a defective product for your order.



All UNSTRAP products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase- If you have a faulty product, please consult our warranty page.


In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
