Return & Exchange

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!

Please see the details below regarding our return and exchange policy:


  • Items that are eligible for returns can be returned for store credit within 30 days after you receive your order - sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment used for placing your order.
  • Store credit is our default refund method for returns - they have no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time in our store for any items.


  • Items eligible for exchange can be returned to us within 30 days after you receive your order for the new item you wish to exchange for.
  • Please inform our team the item(s) you would like to exchange for so they can arrange accordingly and double-check stock availability.
  • In any case the cost of the exchange item is lower than the initial item ordered, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

*Please note that sales for items under the following are FINAL and no longer eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or from our Last Chance collection
  • Discounted 30% or more
  • Any customization such as engraving or additional holes added to straps

Gift cards may also not be exchanged for cash, and this includes any store credit refund issued in a gift card.

If you find any defects with your product, this must be reported within 3 days after receiving it, and returned within 30 days for an exchange.

If you are placing a return request for an order that was not during our Black Friday promotion, our default refund method is store credit for any returns, which have no expiration and you may apply towards any future purchases at and will be granted within 7 working days of return processing after returns are inspected and approved.

Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s official online store will be accepted, and items must be sent out to us within 30 days after receiving and if you have made a request to us at - any items received after 30 days are no longer eligible for return/exchange, even if an email request was sent to us.

All returns must be in the same condition you received it in - original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and receipts.

Returns without the receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted, and UNSTRAP also reserves the right to refuse any returned items with scratches or other damages.

To start the return/exchange process, please contact our Customer Support team at and include the following information:

  • Email Subject: Return / Exchange Request (Order # here)
  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange request
  • (if exchange) Which style and size you would like to exchange for
  • Proof of purchase (receipt that came with your order)
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee and we recommend including tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.

For any item exchange, you are also responsible for the shipment fee of your new item. We only cover return shipping fees if you received a defective product for your order.


All UNSTRAP products bought on our official online store come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If you have a faulty or defective product, please consult our warranty page.


If you've changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 1 hour after placing your order and email us at, with your name and your order number.

Please note that there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from your refund prior to it being issued back to you.
