Warranty & Returns

All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.

Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.

Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:

• Scratches
• Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
• Welding marks inside the case
• Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
• Improper installation
• Any damages to your Apple Watch device
• Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones

Please note items purchased under the following are no longer eligible for return/exchange:

• Items marked "Final Sale" or from our Last Chance collection
• Discounted 30% or more
• Any customization such as engraving or additional holes added to straps

Items must be sent out to us within 30 days after receiving and if you have made a request to us at info@unstrap.com - any items received after 30 days are no longer eligible for return/exchange, even if an email request was sent to us within the period.
