Warranty & Returns
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones

This is such a beautiful Apple Watch strap. I have Apple Watch Series 7 and I thought you had to use a tool to adjust the band (like some others), but it’s super easy! Just snap off the links that you don’t need and save them just in case:) fits me perfectly now but always nice to be able to snap on fresh new links if you need them.
I love how the size is customizable. I have really small wrists so finding a watch band that fits is difficult. Aside from a few scratches on the fastening side (not the links), the gold remains intact and doesn't come off after a few wears! Get compliments on it all the time :)
Love the Unstrap bracelet… looks stunning and expensive… will be order other design.
