UNSTRAP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
Warranty & Returns
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones
Please note items purchased under the following are no longer eligible for return/exchange:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or from our Last Chance collection
- Discounted 30% or more
- Any customization such as engraving or additional holes added to straps

My order arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Easy to assemble, has a nice weight to it, and all the Apple Watch swipe features work just fine after putting the case on. This watch looks pretty much like the Richard Mille style minus the expensive price tag.
Easy to install but notch unfortunately fell off after a few wears only. Was expecting more because the quality felt great upon receiving.
