If you have ordered an item on pre-order, it will not be shipped out until the mentioned date, depending on the item you have ordered.
We would like to give a gentle reminder that you are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. UNSTRAP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
Taxes, duties or any additional fees in your shipping destination are also not inclusive in your shipping, regardless if you paid for standard or express shipping.
Warranty & Returns
All purchases come with a 12-month warranty, and 30 days return policy upon receiving your order. Defect issues must be reported within 3 days from receipt and returned to us within 30 days for an exchange.
Only items purchased directly from UNSTRAP’s online store will be accepted.
Please note the following below that do not apply to the warranty:
- Scratches
- Lost/missing screws (if you need additional screws, please reach out to us at info@unstrap.com)
- Welding marks inside the case
- Any discoloration occurring past 30 days upon receiving your order
- Improper installation
- Any damages to your Apple Watch or iPhone device
- Scratched or lost crystals/rhinestones

- Discounted 30% or more
- Any customization such as engraving or additional holes added to straps

This is a terrific upgrade to make your Apple Watch stand out to make it look more like a legit watch and less techy looking. The normal wheel and button functions are still working, and while installation is more tedious, the end result is worth it the moment I saw it on my wrist. Only improvement needed is the mechanism as it's not as smooth as the original ones from apple. Other than that I love it and it‘s also great it comes with tools for resizing.
